There Is Sometimes Indication That You Lived In Past Life

No disrespect to Hinduism and Buddhism. These two religions hold reincarnation as one of their basic tenets. But, reincarnation just sounds practical. How much space would there be in an afterlife that included the hoards of people who passed away throughout time. If each person was reborn repeatedly in past life, that would explain the space issue.

 

But, who can say for sure until, well, until they pass away themselves. More people believe in this occurrence than disbelieve. There are more religions that believe in reincarnation. For non-spiritual people, it still seems a common answer to life’s mysterious happenings.

 

A deja vu experience is a fairly common experience. Walk in to a room and get a chill up and down your spine. It looks very familiar. It just feels as if you’ve been in the room before. Was this building here long enough for you to have visited it during a past life? Or, were you simply here as a small child too young to remember until now?

 

The problems in life might propel you to therapy. There are many choices for reputable therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Jungian dream therapy and others. Find an analyst with good credentials and you can improve your life. If you think you had a past life or lives, that is something you can safely explore. There are therapists who specialize in regression techniques.

 

There is an unfamiliar organization called the International Association of Past Life Therapists. They offer to help locate a therapist for someone who wants to explore this avenue. You can start by seeing a psychologist with academic learning. A member of the American Psychological Association is a safe choice.

 

Another possible tool for self-discovery is meditation. You simply train yourself to sit quietly, repeat a familiar phrase over and over until you are relaxed in a trance like state. Your thoughts will turn back to earlier years and perhaps earlier lives as well. Nothing can be proved but you can develop insight to help you enjoy the present life. If meditation isn’t suitable for you, there are other methods to explore.

 

There are well-educated therapists that take additional training in hypnosis therapy. She may help explore those experiences that lead you to believe you had a previous life. Hypnosis is a safe therapy when handled by a reputable therapist. It is not unusual for someone to remember a name or place they suspect they knew in past life. Something like that can be verified.

 

Your previous life or lives may always remain a myth to you. No one will ever provide solid evidence of God or the afterlife. The only people who know for sure are those who have passed away. Don’t worry about your phobia, just try to understand it in terms of getting over it. Any relief therapy can provide from anxiety is well worth the time spent with a therapist.

 

Remember, if you do believe in reincarnation, you still need to deal with the life you are living through now. You were probably not someone rich or famous as most people are not. As you explore who you might have been in past life, do not focus your attention backwards. Use the information you find to improve the life you are living in this incarnation. Finally, always select a therapist with academically approved credentials. It’s important to keep yourself safe in present life.
