Add Navel Oranges To Your Healthy Eating

Everybody knows they should eat nutrisiously , but for multiple  reasons most people  do not.  These horrendous  feeding habits can lead to different  sicknesses in addition to excess weight gain, which no one ever wants to do.  An easy solution to cure the health issues and get back into shape is to just eat more fruits and vegetables everyday and drink more water.  Even if you  opt  not to give up all of your  junk food  or drive thru window trips, your body will start up to adjust just by providing  it these natural foods it so desperately needs.  One fruit that stands out from the others that is easy for most people to add to their diets since they taste fantastic is navel oranges.

Navel oranges are little miracle workers, they have the ability to significantly alter many health dilemmas   inside the human body.  For example, by consuming navel oranges on a regular basis you can  decrease  your blood pressure drastically and  boost  your blood to produce hemoglobin which will decrease  your need for blood pressure medications and also  decrease your cholesterol.  That in itself is reason enough for most people to jump on the navel oranges bandwagon, but it does not  end  there they still can help many other issues as well.

For every child and adult that suffers from diabetes and has to endure the medications for it and daily tests of poking their fingers to check their blood, they would be  happy to learn that eating a few navel oranges per week can make a tremendous difference in the way their blood regulates sugar.  Navel oranges can also regulate iron absorption in the blood stream to help those that have too much iron or those that suffer from anemia. 

One of the most crucial functions navel oranges can play in your health is by providing a good healthy dose of Vitamin C.  This vitamin is essential for good health and to steer clear of catching colds and other illnesses.  The daily dose of Vitamin C each person should be receiving daily is 90mg, and the vast majority does not even come close to  that amount, which is exactly why people get sick.  You can choice to get your daily dose of this vitamin through a supplement or daily vitamin or you can get it through eating navel oranges each day.

Navel oranges can be found in the wintertime through spring in the United States.  Ordering them straight from the farmers in Florida is the best choice for freshness and they do have organic varieties available as well.  If you do not live where you can pick up fresh Florida navel oranges, look online and you can get some deals on having them sent directly to your home for very little money at all.
